 Healthy food means Which food who's give you health and power. There are many things to eat who's give you power like vegetables , Fruits , meat and also other things. 








 Vegetables:


 Vegetables gives you health and makes you healthy and powerful. Eat vegetables 3 to 4 days in week. Vegetables gives you power If you are working a hard work like construction and other works.

 Potato , Carrot , Green chili , Tomato , onion , and other vegetables. 

 Fruits:


 There are many types of food who's give you health and energy. Fruits are very compulsory for health. Without Fruits you will never become a powerful and healthy men/womens. So Eat fruits and drink juices of these fruits>> Apple , Grapes , ................................................................................................... Milk shake is very healthy drink. Milk shake made with a mixture of these fruits (Apple+Banana+Grapes+Milk+sugar+ice and those fruits which you want to add in it.

 Meat: 


Meat is very compulsory for health and other activities. Dont Eat meat on daily basis. Eat only in 2 to 3 days in a week. You can Eat meat of Cow , goat , rabbit , chicken and other halal animals. Benefits of These Things: These things like vegetables , fruits , meat will save you from fever and other types of  so Eat only these things in life these are specially created for human beings.
